In this role, you will drive operational excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic industrial engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will combine robust technical expertise with leadership capabilities to mentor teams, implement lean methodologies, and deliver measurable cost and efficiency improvements across our operations.
Responsible for Industrialization of current projects Process design, maintenance & change management in process
Deployment of global lesson learned
Provide Manufacturing Concept Documents Design, construction, launching of special purpose equipments
Technical specification of equipment and support supplier selection Continuous increase of productivity (measuring, monitoring, reporting)
Support for product launch (coordination on plant level)
Hand Over Project to Production / Focus Factory Technical support over production time Support in head count reduction plan
Handling Projects for major OEM I(Installation & Comissioning of equipmnets during Current Development & supporting projects
