Job SummaryOur Associate organization - Buildware is looking for an organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Merchandiser cum Administrator to manage the day-to-day showroom operations and administrative activities at its sanitaryware and building materials showroom in Sripuram, Tirunelveli.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining attractive product displays, assisting customers with product selection, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and managing essential showroom documentation.
This role plays an key part in ensuring smooth showroom operations, delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the company's overall sales and business development activities.
Responsibilities• Showroom Merchandising: Organize, arrange, and maintain sanitaryware, tiles, plumbing products, and other building material displays to ensure an attractive and well-presented showroom.
• Customer Assistance: Welcome customers, understand their requirements, provide product information,



and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare and issue customer quotations, price estimates, and product-related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Administrative Management: Handle daily showroom administration, maintain records, manage correspondence, and ensure proper documentation.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor product availability, maintain stock records, identify replenishment requirements, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding product availability, pricing, deliveries, and order status.
• Sales Support: Assist the showroom team with customer enquiries, follow-ups, order processing, and other sales-related activities.
