Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Prayagraj. This role involves identifying and qualifying recent business leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and supporting sales strategies for solar products and services. The associate prepares and delivers client presentations, participates in meetings and site visits, and maintains accurate records of prospects and interactions in CRM or tracking tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, following up on leads, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth and brand awareness in the local market.
