Role Description The Sourcing Manager - Real Estate - Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with channel partners, brokers, and other sourcing networks to drive qualified leads and site visits for real estate projects.



The Sourcing Manager will coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align sourcing strategies with project positioning, pricing, and campaign plans. Daily activities include prospecting recent sourcing partners, conducting regular meetings and site briefings, tracking lead quality and conversion, and maintaining up-to-date reports on sourcing performance. The role also involves supporting sales events, ensuring timely follow-up on sourced leads, and providing market feedback that can inform strategy and planning.
