About the Role

As an Operations Senior Analyst plays a critical role in banking and financial operations, particularly in managing and reconciling Nostro accounts. These accounts are foreign currency accounts that a bank holds with another bank in a different country to facilitate international transactions. As a senior analyst, the responsibilities extend beyond routine reconciliation to include investigating complex discrepancies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving process improvements. The role demands solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to maintain accuracy, mitigate risks, and support productive cross-border payment operations.

What will your day look like?

As an Operations Senior Analyst , you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily Nostro account reconciliations to identify, investigate, and resolve breaks and discrepancies within established service levels.

• Leveraging platforms such as TLM RP, AMH, PEGA PRS, PIC AU/NZ, FMM, FMP, GPP AU/NZ/APEA, TG UI, Finacle 10, AU066, BeamNet, and MIDANZ to support reconciliation, payments, and transaction processing activities.

• Investigating unmatched transactions, payment exceptions, and outstanding items to ensure timely resolution and minimize operational risk.

• Partnering with internal teams and correspondent banks to resolve queries and maintain seamless cross-border payment operations.
