Role Description The Quality Control Inspector is a full time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet defined quality standards and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting visual and dimensional inspections, performing tests, documenting results, and verifying compliance with internal and external quality requirements. The role involves identifying defects or nonconformities, reporting findings, and collaborating with production and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.



The Quality Control Inspector will maintain accurate inspection records, support continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues to help maintain a safe, efficient, and quality-focused work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Inspection to assess products, materials, and processes against established standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to report findings clearly, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and follow documented procedures.
Relevant technical or vocational education in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is beneficial.
Experience with quality tools (e.g., checklists, gauges, measurement instruments) and familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
Attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and capability to work on-site in an industrial workplace are essential.
