Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation: Create and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
Compliance Management: Ensure all shipments meet local and international customs laws, trade agreements, and regulatory standards.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport agencies to track cargo and resolve delays.
Record Keeping: Maintain centralized digital and physical files for audits, accounts receivable, and billing reconciliations.
Bank and Payment Liaison: Handle letters of credit (L/C) and coordinate with banks for document negotiation and payment tracking
Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, international business, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of general experience in shipping, EXIM operations, or freight forwarding.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with digital trade or ERP software.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, explicit written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
