The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who combines deep embedded software expertise with system-level architecture skills. They will play a key role in advancing SF2 from individual proof-of-concept settings toward reusable, automated, and scalable virtual-product solutions, enabling software teams to develop and validate applications earlier in the product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable virtual platforms for MCU/MPU and SoC products.
Lead integration of virtual hardware, firmware, operating systems, and development tools.
Enable pre-silicon software development, debugging, validation, and testing.
Build reusable platform, automation, and CI/CD frameworks across product programs.
Drive cloud-based deployment and Renesas 365 enablement for virtual platforms.
Collaborate across modeling, firmware, verification, tools, and cloud teams.
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and engineering best practices.
