A Snapshot of Your Day (Tendering Manager – HV/EHV AIS & GIS Substation Projects)
As the Tendering Manager – HV/EHV AIS & GIS Substation Projects, you will lead the end-to-end tendering and bid management activities for High Voltage (HV) and Extra High Voltage (EHV) substation projects, transmission and distribution infrastructure, EPC packages, and related power system solutions. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing winning bid strategies, managing techno-commercial proposals, and ensuring competitive positioning across utility and private sector markets.
In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, project management, finance, legal, and supply chain teams to deliver high-quality and profitable bids. You will engage with customers, utilities, consultants, and EPC partners while leveraging market intelligence, risk assessment, and pricing strategies to maximize business success. We are looking for an experienced tendering qualified with deep expertise in AIS/GIS substations, power infrastructure projects,
and business acquisition who can combine technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and market insight to drive sustainable growth and successful project acquisitions.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Drive business growth by identifying and evaluating tender prospects across HV/EHV AIS & GIS substations, transmission lines, switchyards, EPC projects, and power infrastructure developments.
• Monitor utility tenders, government procurement portals, private sector RFQs, and emerging market opportunities to support strategic business expansion.
• Lead bid/no-bid evaluations by assessing project viability, competitive landscape, risk profiles, customer requirements, and organizational capabilities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with utilities, consultants, EPC partners, renewable developers, industrial customers, and key industry stakeholders.
