About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and skilled Executive Assistant to the CEO who can provide high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support to the CEO.
The candidate will act as a key coordination point between the CEO, department heads, employees, clients, business partners, and other stakeholders while ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth execution of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities1. CEO Support
• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, calls, and daily schedule.
• Prioritize meetings, tasks, and significant commitments.
• Prepare daily/weekly schedules and reminders for the CEO.
• Handle confidential information and documents with complete discretion.
Meeting & Coordination
• Schedule internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare meeting agendas,



presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
• Record Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and maintain action trackers.
• Follow up with concerned departments on pending action items.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
• Communicate CEO instructions clearly to concerned team members.
• Monitor task progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.
• Escalate delays, critical issues, and pending matters when required.
Business & MIS Support
• Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, Excel trackers, and business updates.
• Collect and organize information required by the CEO for decision-making.
• Track important projects, deadlines, targets, and deliverables.
• Conduct basic research and prepare summaries as assigned.
Communication & Correspondence
• Draft professional emails, letters, notices, and official communications.
