We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our Microfinance team as a Relationship Manager . If you have experience in Collections or Recoveries (any loan or financial product) and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a excellent opportunity to grow your career in the BFSI sector.
Eligibility
Any Graduate
Male candidates only
Age: Up to 30 years
Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections & Recoveries (any product)
Good communication and customer relationship skills
Willingness to travel for field visits

Key Responsibilities
Manage collection and recovery activities for assigned customers.
Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Meet collection targets while following company policies.
Update customer records and submit field visit reports.
