Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and requirements.
Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and requests.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding their requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or management when required.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
Solid follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
Experience: 1+ year in Customer Support, Customer Service, Client Coordination, or a related role.
Candidates with robust communication and coordination skills are preferred.
