8+ years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.
Robust hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM, observability, and ChatOps.
Experience with platforms/tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure/AWS/GCP, observability platforms, and automation/orchestration tools is desirable.
Robust understanding of SRE, incident/problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and operational analytics.
Proven ability to take automation initiatives from ideation and PoC through implementation and measurable business/operational outcomes.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across SRE, engineering, service management, and business teams.
