MSW or equivalent qualification. Exp: 3+Yrs Location: Goa, Ponda Experience in Plant HR, Employee Relations or Compliance roles, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG setting.
Preferred exposure to unionized workforce and contract labour management.
Role Summary
This role focuses on Plant/Unit HR, Employee Relations and Labour Compliance, with responsibilities covering payroll, contract labour, statutory compliance and shop-floor HR operations.
