This is your role. What part will you play?
To lead the assembly value stream for high voltage switchgear, transforming engineering designs into high-quality products. This role is the bridge between strategic production planning and shop-floor execution, ensuring that delivers "Technology with Purpose" safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence (OpEx) Capacity Planning: Managing labor and station utilization to meet fluctuating demand in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) workplace.
• Lean Transformation:
Standardizing work instructions and optimizing material flow to reduce lead times.
• EHS Leadership: Maintaining a "Zero Harm" setting; ensuring strict adherence to electrical safety protocols during assembly and testing.
• Adhere to Factory/manufacturing KPI’s
• Digitalization & Innovation Smart Factory: Integrating digital twins and augmented reality (AR/AI) for complex assembly guidance.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilizing shop-floor data to predict bottlenecks and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Quality & Compliance Technical Integrity: Ensuring every unit meets international standards (IEC/IEEE) and specific customer requirements.
• Cost of Quality: Minimizing non-conformance costs (NCC) through root-cause analysis of assembly errors.
• Leadership Competencies Change Management: Ability to lead teams through digital transitions and process overhauls.
• Conflict Resolution: Managing high-pressure situations between production
