Job Description:

Extensive experience in Quality Engineering and enterprise-scale test automation.
Solid hands-on experience with Java and automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest
Assured, JUnit, or TestNG.
Experience testing APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
Strong understanding of test automation architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Experience with performance, resiliency, and security testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions across teams.
Robust mentoring and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and
Architecture stakeholders.
Valuable understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
Good to have: Experience in FinTech, Payments, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, observability, and
microservices architectures.
