Winiyog is a financial services platform helping customers access and understand financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds and other financial solutions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecaller to connect with customers, understand their financial requirements, and assist them with suitable Winiyog products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and financial needs.
Explain relevant Winiyog products, features and benefits clearly.
Generate interest and qualify customer leads.
Follow up with customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for further processing of qualified leads.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer status.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide a qualified customer experience.
Ensure timely follow-up until the customer journey is completed.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English will be an advantage.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Basic computer/mobile application knowledge.
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, loans or financial services will be an advantage.
