Role Overview
Lead the architectural design process from concept through execution to win projects and deliver cost-productive, client-approved designs while maintaining quality, compliance, and value.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of design playbooks and continuous-improvement initiatives
Assist with end-to-end client pitches, including requirements gathering, design presentations, and timely RFP submissions
Lead design stages from concept and schematic development through GFC drawings
Lead client presentations and secure design approvals
Coordinate with MEP, quantity surveying,
and execution teams to support seamless project delivery
Drive value engineering and cost optimisation without compromising design quality
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and recognised design best practices
Mentor and manage junior architects and draftspeople
Maintain high design standards across all projects
Required Experience & Skills
10–14 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs or workplace design preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Expertise in design development, execution drawings, and stakeholder management
Solid leadership and client-facing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design-presentation tools
