Overview
Minimum 9+ years of overall experience in the end-to-end delivery and management of enterprise technology projects.
Having Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, including design, development, implementation, and support of integration projects would be added advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python development, including scripting, automation, and application integration.
Minimum 5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and guiding technical team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Solid expertise in file transfer and integration technologies, including:
SFTP
Web-based file transfer protocols
GoAnywhere Agents
Microsoft Azure Blob Storage
Amazon AWS S3
Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Python scripts and automation solutions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platforms is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
Excellent technical, analytical,



and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive project execution, and ensure successful delivery within established timelines and quality standards.
Experience with CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security standards related to file transfer and integration platforms.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and production support processes.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
