Desired profile of the candidate:
Quantity surveyor with a minimum experience of 3 years in making bills and estimation of large scale building projects- institutions, hospitals, public buildings / Residential projects
Candidate should be familiar with building specifications and schedule of rates, specially DSR
Well versed with analysis of rates for scheduled/non scheduled items
Should be able to prepare Tender document and Tender specification for non scheduled items.
Candidate should be well versed in MS Office, MS Projects.
