Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
Provide legal advice on business operations and compliance.
Identify and mitigate legal risks within the business.
Support dispute resolution and manage legal claims.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel when required.
Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
Stay updated on changes in laws relevant to the FMCG and food industry.
The Successful Applicant
LL.B/LL.M
PQE: 6 - 10 years
Experience in commercial law, especially in the FMCG or food sector (preferred)
Robust knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.
Valuable understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
