At Siemens Financial Services (SFS), a subsidiary of Siemens AG, you will be involved in providing structured debt financing for Asia-Australia through Siemens Bank GmbH. As part of a strong and established team of project and structured finance risk managers, you will support the Bank’s continued growth with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions. In this context you will underwrite and manage your own projects.
You'll make a difference by:
• Underwrite and execute project finance transactions across the energy, infrastructure,
and digital infrastructure sectors in Asia-Australia by conducting comprehensive risk assessments and providing structuring input to the Origination team.
• Assess and structure recent prospects with a focus on identifying key risks, optimizing financing structures, and ensuring an appropriate balance between risk and return.
• Prepare and present credit applications by performing due diligence on transaction materials, reviewing financial models, evaluating commercial and financing documentation, and presenting recommendations to Siemens Bank and SFS management and approval committees.
• Lead transaction execution and stakeholder management by coordinating internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Tax, Rating, Asset Management, and Operations,
