About the Role

Kefaru Technologies is looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Fresher to join our Pune office as an Office Admin & Junior Accountant.

If you have a foundational background in commerce/accounting, are eager to learn, and are excited to take ownership of keeping an office running smoothly every day, this role is a great launchpad for your career.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Maintain daily office expense logs, receipt entries, and petty cash tracking.
Assist in generating easy client bills, invoices, and payment receipts.
Keep track of basic vendor payments and follow up on pending bills.
Help maintain accurate accounting records using MS Excel or accounting tools like Tally.

Office Administration:
Manage daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and professional work workplace.
Monitor office supplies (stationery, pantry, printing paper) and restock before items run out.
Coordinate with building maintenance, internet providers, courier services, and other vendors.
Receive office visitors, answer routine calls,



and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Organize digital and physical files so office records are secure and easy to find.
Support team members and management with daily administrative tasks.

Who We Are Looking For
Accounting Foundation: Clear understanding of basic debit/credit rules, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using MS Excel, MS Word, Google Workspace, and email.
Attitude: High energy, proactive, organized, and willing to wear multiple hats in an office setting.
Communication: Clear, polite verbal and written communication skills for communicating with vendors and teammates.

Work Details
Location: Full time in-office (Pune, Maharashtra)
Schedule: 6 days a week
