Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis.
Handle product listing, catalog creation, and optimization.
Manage inventory, pricing, orders, and product updates.
Monitor sales, account performance, and marketplace metrics.
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions.
Track sales and prepare regular performance reports.
Handle Amazon account-related issues, cases, and escalations.
Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution.
Manage multiple SKUs and client accounts efficiently.
Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in Amazon Account Management.
Valuable knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations.
Basic knowledge of Amazon PPC/Ads.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts.
