Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces within our establishment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our guests or residents. The Housekeeping Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and floors, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and spotless.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities according to established standards.
Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
Clean and polish furniture,



fixtures, and fittings, ensuring no smudges or dust remain.
Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and other guest necessities.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed in rooms or common areas promptly to supervision.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and effective manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and readiness, ensuring all standards are met before guest arrival or use.
Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks as assigned.
