Role Description This is a full-time, in office Assistant Sales Manager role based in Mangaluru.



The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales leadership in driving revenue growth across DigiMRO’s portfolio of security and low voltage products, with a focus on B2B clients and system integrators. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing assigned accounts, identifying recent business opportunities, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating product demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams. The role involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads. The Assistant Sales Manager will also work closely with operations and logistics teams to align customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales support with client expectations.

• Sales and business development skills, including account management, lead generation, and negotiation.
