We are looking for an Associate Business Head who can work closely with the Founder to improve business performance, strengthen systems, and drive revenue & profit growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and profitability
Track business performance through MIS and reviews
Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
Improve operational efficiency across departments
Lead technology, ERP, AI, and automation initiatives to improve systems, processes, and accountability
Identify and execute new growth opportunities
