We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Study Abroad to join our team in Aluva.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
Understand students’ study-abroad requirements and provide basic information.
Explain courses, destinations and admission processes.
Follow up with students and parents through calls and messages.
Generate counselling appointments for education consultants.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
Malayalam proficiency preferred.
Confident and persuasive communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Telecalling, sales, academic counselling or study-abroad experience is an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
