Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for IB Early Years Programme (EYP) teachers across schools in Chennai and surrounding districts.
Build and maintain relationships with IB-certified schools, headmasters, and curriculum coordinators to align hiring needs with candidate profiles.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for EYP roles using structured behavioral and pedagogical evaluation frameworks.
Organize and facilitate interview scheduling, candidate briefings, and onboarding logistics for international and domestic hires.
Track candidate pipelines through ATS and provide real-time reporting to operations and client success teams.




Collaborate with marketing and training teams to develop candidate attraction content and prepare educators for IB-specific interviews.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
IB PYP or EYP training certification
Experience with school recruitment or teacher placement
Proficiency in candidate screening tools (e.g., ATS, Zoom, Google Suite)
Strong knowledge of IB curriculum frameworks and pedagogical expectations
Experience coordinating with international schools or expat hiring
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
Preferred
Experience working with early childhood education frameworks (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia)
Knowledge of Chennai school ecosystem and IB school network
