Experience: 3–5 years in salon, beauty, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing operations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, supervise and manage salon staff, shifts and attendance.
Drive monthly sales, service targets and customer retention.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
Monitor billing, cash/UPI payments and daily sales reports.
Manage inventory, product usage and stock requirements.
Maintain salon hygiene, grooming and service quality standards.
Conduct staff briefings, training and performance monitoring.
Support marketing, promotions and customer follow-ups.
Ensure all salon SOPs, rules and policies are strictly followed.
Pay: ₹14,123.18 - ₹21,282.30 per month
