Job Description:
Perform CAD study (CAD missing, CAD issues, Intersections)
Prepare the module complexity chart based on the program variants or control models
Prepare input (CAD/BOM/NGD) data queries, connection/intersection, BOM etc. queries
Provide direction/clarifications to modeling team for the queries.
Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
Prepare the system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts) and analytical assemblies.
Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element).
Perform de-penetration/intersection at full vehicle level.
Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element).




Able to review the full vehicle safety models using standard check sheets
Able to prepare full vehicle load cases as per safety requirements (FMVSS/ECE/NCAP etc.)
Perform debug & fix the errors in the analyses.

Requirements:
Experience in building full vehicle models for safety analyses.
Experience in full vehicle assembly, vehicle variant complexity management and full vehicle penetrations.
Experience in tools like HM, ANSA, Hyper crash, Primer, Team center, Hyperworks and Solvers like LSDyna/Radioss.
Valuable communication skills and experience with MS office excel and PowerPoint to present results.
Team Center knowledge is mandatory.
