Role Overview
We are looking for a Module Lead – Oracle PL/SQL with 4–8 years of experience to lead a team of 3–4 resources and own delivery of assigned modules. The role requires strong hands-on PL/SQL expertise
along with experience in requirement analysis, code reviews, performance tuning, production support, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 PL/SQL developers and manage module-level delivery.
• Analyse business requirements and convert them into technical solutions and PL/SQL code.
• Develop and review Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and complex SQL
queries.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning and resolve complex database issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, and maintainability.
• Manage activities across development, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare task-level estimates/WBS and track deliverables against timelines.




• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues and drive resolution.
• Coordinate with BA, QA, PM, and client teams for requirements and technical discussions.
• Provide RCA and permanent fixes for production issues.
Mandatory Skills
• 4–8 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
• Experience leading/guiding a 3–4 member team.
• Solid hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and complex SQL.
• Solid knowledge of DML, DDL, DCL, Joins, Subqueries, and Performance Tuning.
• Experience with PL/SQL Developer and/or Toad.
• Positive client communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
• BFSI domain experience.
• Experience with enterprise Oracle applications and production support.
Education
BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
