Position: MICE Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute MICE (Meetings, Incentives, and Conferences & Exhibitions) events for corporate clients.

Handle end-to-end operations including venue, hotel, transportation, flights, meals, activities and event arrangements.

Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transporters and other vendors.

Prepare itineraries, quotations, costing and operational plans as per client requirements.

Manage group bookings, rooming lists, transfers, check-ins/check-outs and on-ground coordination.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

Handle vendor negotiations, confirmations, payments and documentation.

Ensure timely resolution of operational issues during the event.

Prepare post-event reports,



billing and reconciliation.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in MICE/Corporate Travel Operations.

Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations, hotels and ground arrangements.

Robust communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and travel-related systems.

Ability to manage multiple events and work under deadlines.

Willingness to travel for on-ground event execution when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
