Key Responsibilities:
Execute site work as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Conduct quality checks and material testing.
Prepare work plans and monitor site progress.
Manage material consumption and prevent wastage.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a secure work environment.
Take measurements, prepare BOQ, and maintain progress reports.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors.
Key Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of construction/real estate experience.
Knowledge of construction methods, drawing reading, BOQ, estimation, and measurements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Valuable site management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valuable communication skills; English and Kannada preferred.
