HR Manager – Job Description

Position: HR Manager
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to manage our day-to-day HR operations and help build a robust, productive, and positive work culture at Fixing Dots.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
Coordinate with management and team leads regarding employee performance and HR requirements.
Monitor employee engagement, discipline, and workplace culture.
Conduct performance reviews and support employees with development plans.
Manage payroll-related coordination and ensure employee information is accurate.
Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, employee performance, and other HR metrics.




Plan and coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and statutory HR requirements.
Take ownership of HR operations and continuously improve internal processes.

Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment and employee management.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR documentation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Confident, professional, and approachable personality.
Ability to work effectively with both employees and management.
