We are urgently looking for a confident and experienced Telecaller to join our team.
The candidate should have excellent Telugu communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have valuable knowledge of MS Office.
Requirements

Ability to handle calls and follow-ups

Previous customer service or telecalling experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
Explain products/services clearly
Follow up with potential customers
Maintain call records and customer information
Handle customer queries professionally
Coordinate with the sales team when required
Maintain regular follow-ups
