Responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fiber optic fusion splicing machines. Handle customer technical support, machine calibration, and site visits. Knowledge of fiber optics, OTDR, and basic electronics is preferred. Positive communication and problem-solving skills required.
