Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support & Coordinator to assist the sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Coordinate with sales executives, managers, and other internal departments.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track sales targets, business performance, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients/agents and resolve basic queries or route them to the concerned team.
Follow up with the sales team regarding pending cases, documents, and business updates.
Assist in preparing sales-related presentations, MIS reports, and other documents.
Ensure timely sharing of important updates, requirements, and information with the sales team.
Maintain proper documentation and records of sales activities.




Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.
Perform other sales coordination and support activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to maintain and manage data accurately.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong attention to detail.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, MIS, or Sales Operations will be preferred.

Experience

1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is organized, responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented sales setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
