erform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical problems in machines, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize production downtime.
Inspect and replace faulty components such as bearings, shafts, belts, chains, gears, couplings, and seals.
Perform machine alignment, lubrication, fitting, and adjustment as required.
Read and understand mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance instructions.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of current machinery and production equipment.
Use mechanical tools and measuring instruments safely and correctly.
Coordinate with Production, Electrical,



Maintenance, and Engineering teams during machine breakdowns.
Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and spare-parts usage.
Identify recurring machine problems and report them to the Maintenance/Production Supervisor.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
Ensure machines are maintained in secure working condition and support smooth production operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
