Job Summary
CAD Desk is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Leader (Civil) to lead our Civil Engineering training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on software expertise, and the ability to mentor students while supporting academic and technical activities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training in Civil Engineering software.
Guide students on real-world projects and industry practices.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical sessions.
Provide technical support to students and faculty.
Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate with the management team to improve training quality.

Primavera P6 (Preferred)
MS Excel
Strong communication and presentation skills
Qualification
Diploma / B.E.
/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Civil Engineering, training, or related technical roles.
Freshers with exceptional software skills and teaching ability may also apply.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Ability to manage classroom sessions and technical workshops.
