We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.

● Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

● Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.

● Coordinate payroll and employee-related queries.

● Handle employee grievances and engagement.

● Coordinate with department heads for staffing requirements.

● Implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

● Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant qualification.

● 3–5 years of HR experience.

● Hospital/Healthcare experience mandatory.

● Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
