Key Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resources.
0–1 year of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
Experience in resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
Ability to understand and analyze IT job descriptions.
Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
Candidate follow-up and interview scheduling.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
Positive candidate engagement and relationship management skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented recruitment setting.
Good time management and follow-up skills.
