Position: Safety Officer Officer
Location: Wada Factory

Qualification Required
B.Sc. or Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) from an SBTET-recognized board – Mandatory
Qualification in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001

Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/factory workplace
Robust knowledge of ISO standards, statutory requirements, and EHS management

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and standards at the factory.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training programs for workmen and staff.
Ensure compliance with work permits, risk assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS).
Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and update safety records,



incident reports, and statutory registers.
Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness drills.
Coordinate with the factory/site team to ensure safe execution of all activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and client EHS guidelines.
Support the preparation and review of Risk Assessments, RAMS, and Emergency Response Plans.
Maintain and monitor legal compliance requirements.
Ensure effective implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
