L1 Desktop Support Engineer – Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral troubleshooting.
Install/configure Windows OS, software, drivers and applications.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, LAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.
Support users with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and basic network troubleshooting.
Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and network devices.
Log and resolve tickets within SLA and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
Perform site visits, basic hardware checks and maintain IT asset records.
Skills: Windows, Desktop Hardware, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi and basic networking. Positive communication and troubleshooting skills.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech./BCA/B.Sc. IT or equivalent.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
