Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years in Automobile Service / Body & Paint
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer interaction and vehicle reception as per dealership SOP.
Inspect accident/body & paint vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
Open repair orders and record customer concerns accurately.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing and approvals.
Provide regular vehicle repair status updates to customers.
Ensure timely repair follow-up, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate vehicle washing, PDI, invoicing, and final delivery process.
Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high CSI standards.
Promote VAS services and additional repair approvals to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain proper documentation and service records.
