Key Responsibilities
Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop and implement business development strategies.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and sales team.
Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and educational institutions.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
Conduct counselling, presentations, seminars, and promotional events.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or the Education Industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Experience in team handling and client relationship management.
