Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive with at least 6 months of sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers to generate business.
Identify current sales opportunities through field visits and networking.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Explain products/services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.




Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in field sales.
Graduate / 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with daily field visits across Delhi.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
