Freelance Real Estate Launch Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

Manage pre-launch and launch activities for current real estate projects.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, CRM and management teams.

Develop and execute project launch plans and timelines.

Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, campaigns and channel partners.

Coordinate with brokers/channel partners and provide them with project details.

Conduct product/project training for sales teams and channel partners.

Monitor enquiries, site visits, follow-ups and bookings.

Coordinate launch events, property exhibitions and promotional activities.

Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead-generation reports.

Track competitor projects, pricing and market trends.

Ensure brochures, price lists,



presentations and other marketing materials are ready.

Follow up with internal teams to resolve customer and sales-related issues.

Support the project until the launch campaign achieves its planned sales objectives.
