About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, architectural layouts, working drawings, and construction details based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings.
Create floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
Develop drawings based on architect/designer instructions.
Modify and revise drawings according to project requirements.
Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams.
Prepare drawings for execution and construction purposes.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings and projects.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience as a Draftsman.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.
Good understanding of architectural drawings, measurements, and construction details.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Education
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
