Beyond Mentor is looking for passionate School Career Counselling Interns to work at Delhi CM Shri Schools. Candidates pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology are welcome to apply.

This is a excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in student counselling, career guidance, and career awareness, while developing practical skills and making a meaningful impact on students' academic and career journeys.

Job Description
Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions to understand students' needs, interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
Guide students on academic streams, subject choices, and career pathways, including relevant higher education and career opportunities.
Conduct career awareness workshops and interactive sessions to introduce students to diverse career options, courses, entrance pathways, and emerging opportunities.
Maintain counselling records and coordinate with school staff to ensure effective planning, implementation,



and follow-up of career counselling activities.

Candidate Requirements
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, with an interest in career counselling and working with students.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with students.
Ability to work independently and manage counselling sessions effectively, while maintaining professionalism and ensuring a student-focused approach.

Chance Highlights
Monthly Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000
